This software allows you to create CDs to give to the students who are joining your
school in the new session. You can provide information to ease the transition to
the new school using text, voiceover, photographs and video clips.
Include information the students will find useful e.g., the structure of the school
day, interval and lunch time routines, school rules, homework, after school clubs
and travel arrangements.
Within each section of ‘My New School’ the Edit button is displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. Click on the Edit button to display the edit menu.
You can then add text, photographs, video clips and audio to your presentation.
Add as many pages as you need to each section of the presentation.
When your presentation is complete you can then package it and the files will be copied into a new folder and saved as a programme which can be run on any computer.
The packaged presentation has the ‘Edit’ button disabled.
To update the presentation simply open the master programme, make any changes you require and re-package the presentation. This can be done year after year.
